Appointments and Cancellations

Registration and intake

Registering for a treatment or coaching is possible without a referral and by contacting the practice. You can contact the practice by telephone or e-mail. If I’m in session, I can’t answer the phone. You can leave a voicemail message in which you can leave your name and telephone number. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

It’s also possible to send me a message via Signal in which you ask for me to call you back. Never share any confidential and/or personal details like a citizen service number / personnummer, description of your situation or other confidential and/or personal details.

On working days you can be called back in during office hours or in the evening. In the first call I will ask for some personal details and the reason for seeking help. I will do this so I can estimate if I’m able to help you.

After the first contact you will get an e-mail with an appointment confirmation and an invitation to make an account on my journaling program CTNotes. This is the platform I use for journaling and can be used for safe and secure communications. You can login with BankID or with a name, password and 2FA-verification.

Treatment at my practice is not covered by insurance and is entirely at your own expense. For more information, see Fees.

Making appointments

When you are already in treatment, you can make an appointment by calling, mailing or sending a message via CTNotes. Registered appointments can be found in your personal page on CTNotes.

Changing or cancelling appointments

Changing or cancelling appointments can via telephone, e-mail or a chat message in CTNotes. Changing or cancelling should be at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise I will have to bill 800SEK / €75,-. For more information, see the payment terms.
